im planning on trying a really long practice session, after hearing about vai's workout i got interseted. so any tips? has anyone here done this?
i need to hear some sounds that recognize the pain in me, yeah.

Tips? only the obvious:
1. Use a metronome
2. Don't play when you're in pain
3. Slow and accurate is always better than playing fast with mistakes

Only attempt vais workout if u are actually crazy, i cant do that much practice, others can. Build up the amount of hours u do to see if u can handle it, good luck with it.
