For a Epi Les Paul Standard or Custom?

I play mostly classic rock and a bit of Metal, and my idol is slash, so Im wondering, why the hell did I buy an Ibanez.

I already have a Les Paul special, but thats not made of Mahogany so it doesn't count.

Opinions?

You're going to have a hell of a time adjusting to a Les Paul after having an Ibanez the whole time. Those two brands are basically polar opposites as far as playability goes.

trade it. epi's so much better than ibanez. id get custom personally

We have an educated one right here folks . They are basically two different guitars. Do you feel comfortable playing your Ibanez? Because if you do, playing a LP guitar is going to be awkward for a while. If it feels comfortable enough, I would say keep the Ibanez.
Be cool.

I play my Les Paul special fine, but its body is thinner and stuff.

Ill go to a guitar store and play a few, see if I like em.
