this one's better

it only took mesa/boogie about a month to get this piece of ace shipped to me.

it's absolutely perfect. been playing it since i got home at 7. i can't wait to jam and crank this baby on monday. it seems common to me that the output (power section) volume level has no noticeable raise from about 0.3 to 1, but after 1 it's all up in your face, so to speak.

ps. i'm keeping this one short because ibanez4lifesz made a way more appealing post when he got his not too long after i ordered mine

It's stereo amp, and I don't think it's tube. However, for a stereo amp, it is very good. Don't plug guitar into it; just use it as hi-fi if it works.

^^ ha, well it's kinda a long story. i pretty much keep my house in order all week and save up my compensation for doing so. then after a while of saving, it's blow-it-all time.

so i'm broke now

I might pop by your house and borrow that Mesa for a while. I'm sure since you're so rich you wouldn't mind.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

If you twique the channel and master volumes right, the over all curve of the master volume increase becomes much more even, allowing you to manage both nice dorm volumes and super loud volumes that would make the walls shake.
