I think it's CFB(flat)DGC. C Standard. And I really don't know what strings he uses. He never says much about his gear.

So I have gathered, I was playing it in C F A# D# G C and it didn't sound right, thanks for the suggestions.

One more thing - the lowest C string sounds a little low, is that definetley right??

Well judging upon his downtuning, it's easy to assume he uses a relatively high gauge, such as .11s or .12s, but I'm leaning more towards .11s.

Most certainly C standard.

Everything (to my knowledge) up to Lullabies was in

On Lullabies, some songs were in E standard, some in Db standard, I don't think any were in C standard.

I don't know about Era Vulgaris.

I'm way to lazy to change my tuning for a song lol

then buy the robot guitar silly

but yeah, everyone else has the tuning right and just get a semi high string gauge like .11's and you should be fine... the brand doesn't really matter, whatever you prefer, most of the tone will be through the amp
