So "metalcore" related stuff is what you're looking for? How about some God Forbid. I think most of their songs are tuned C G C F A D

Bullet for My Valentine. Not too technical, but some fun as hell songs to play in Drop C.
As for Drop D, there are plenty. Less metal-ly would be stuff like Three Days Grace and Billy Talent. The heavier stuff has mostly been said.

Trivium play a lot of stuff in drop D, especially off their older stuff. Its pretty easy to play as well. Seems all the kids wanna learn Trivium these days. Why, I got no idea. Bit overrated if you ask me. I know a thirteen year old kid that can play all the parts to Crusade.

Actually, most of their stuff (at least from the One-X album) is drop D.

Ascendancy and Ember to Inferno are in Drop D

And Crusade album is in E standard. With two 7 strings songs.

And they are not easy that's for sure.
