Do you think its worth it to buy the EVH Phase 90? i think its a pretty cool effect, and i play alot of Van halen, AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Motley Crue and Hard Rock/Early Metal in general, as well as some intstrumental stuff (Vai, Satch)

Nope. Get the regular one and mod it yourself. All you need is a pair or wire clippers and 5 minutes.

Besides, the "script" button on the EVH version doesn't make it sound like the original Script phase at all. If you really want the holy grail of phase tone, you gotta go original.
