So I just bought some weight lifting equipment and need to plan a work out schedule

I just purchased a curl bar, 2 barbell bars, 4 -10 pound plates, and 4- 5 pound plates. I want to work out basically everything from my back, arms, chest, legs, stomach. Getting toned is my goal. So can someone help me plan out a work out schedule so I can work out all these parts?

go to the gym and ask a trainer, or just go to the link the other user provided

You need a CD player so you can have a montage of you progressing in muscular build.

Monday - Chest and Triceps
Tuesday - Back and Biceps
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday or Friday - Legs

I take off one day during the week, usually thursday or friday. I do running every day as well.
