I use River Past Audio Converter - seems to do the job for me. You will lose a bit of quality though.

Yeah, pretty sure iTunes does wma - mp3 when you add them to your library. Says something like it doesn't support them and then just converts them.

short answer - no there isnt a way

long answer - yes there is a way, but its illegal, and you lose a lot of song quality.

it's a better idea to just download the songs you want...
