Hey,
Has anyone heard anything special about the new Vox AmPlugs? More importantly has anyone got one? I'm thinking about buying one as I dont have an amp and I don't think I will be for a while so....

thanks

it looks pretty cool... but i doubt it will be very loud or sound as good as they claim

70$ seems a bit pricey for what it is though... and i couldnt find how big the speakers were.... anything less than 6 inchs sounds like a fart most of the time

If you mean what I think you do, there was a thread about them already. Also, AFAIK you have to use headphones.

There is no speaker. It's a dedicated headphone amp. Looks good, but is massively impractical. If they decided to make one with a line out for a cab, I would buy one in a second.

^if its strictly for earphones then 70$ seems incredibly rediculous

If all it is, is a small amp with a headphone output I'm sure you could make one yourself fairly cheaply.
