It looks like a Gibson ES-335, but the tail piece is making me wonder if it's a different brand. Probably a Gibson though...

It's an ES-335 with a trapeze tailpiece.

No, no no, no!

It's a standard Gibson ES-330. It's a copy of the Epiphone Casino (yes- the Gibber is the knockoff in this case).

Telltale signs are: Trapeze-style tailpiece and dog-ear P-90 pickups. Guitars with trapeze-style tailpieces are usually fully hollow (IE. has no massive central block of wood), and this is the case with both the ES-330 and the Epiphone Casino.
