Well if you are using the C Harmonic Minor scale, an obvious chord to arpeggiate would be G Minor. Try out this sweep.

      |--6--|   |---6--|                    --
      S  S  S   S   S  S  H         Q
E||--------10h-15p-10--------------------|----||
B||-----11------------11-----------------|----||
G||--12------------------12~-------------|----||
D||--------------------------------------|----||
A||--------------------------------------|----||
E||--------------------------------------|----||

Duration Legend
---------------
W - whole
H - half
Q - quarter
E - 8th
S - 16th
T - 32nd
X - 64th
. - note dotted
|-n-|  - n-tuplets

Or, alternatively, you could do the 5 string sweep version.

      |---6--|  |--6--|   |---6--|  |--6--|
      S   S  S  S  S  S   S   S  S  S  S  S  H
E||------------------10h-15p-10-----------------------|-------|-------||
B||---------------11------------11--------------------|-------|-------||
G||------------12------------------12-----------------|-------|-------||
D||---------12------------------------12--------------|-------|-------||
A||--10h-13------------------------------10~-L--------|-------|-------||
E||---------------------------------------------------|-------|-------||

Duration Legend
---------------
W - whole
H - half
Q - quarter
E - 8th
S - 16th
T - 32nd
X - 64th
. - note dotted
|-n-|  - n-tuplets
L - Tied Note

Hope that helps.

Really, it depends on what you're going on or if you're gonna base it off a chord, what chord.

Go to all-guitar-chords.com, look at the scales section, and try to make a decent sounding arpeggio.

Why would that be obvious?

that would be G major because of natural 7th in C harmonic minor. B as oppsed to Bb in G min

Because G Minor is chord V of C Minor, and you use the Harmonic Minor scale when the V chord is used dominantly, correct?

No,no ...

G is major in C harm. minor, and minor in natural minor.
