Hi, well my guitar is Alder, with a Figured Maple Top.

Well I want to change the Humbuckers basically, I was thinking of a Dimarzio Breed Neck for the Neck position but I'm still kinda not sure of what to put in the Bridge. What do you guys think?

Nope its actually for the play nearly everything stuff but thats quite near to the impossible so I'd like something to play a lot of stuff with. Though I'm more into the soft metal, rock, blues stuff and I don't play heavy much.

The Mo'joe seems quite good as it is similar to a "pumped up" FRED but I'm not sure as I'm practically an idiot when coming to guitar parts and how wood affects sound etc.

change that to "want"??? you never "need" to change it. maybe save up for a new guitar?

I asked for help in changing the humbuckers not the amp. The amp is fine for now, when I'll have enough money and a car then I'll buy a Tube Amp.

^Fair 'nuff. Its hard to tell whether or not a pickup will work well, without being able to try it. As an all-round pickup a JB will usually work well in most guitars

^ disagree.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

can't afford the new amp now? then don't get pickups either, and save a little more cash.

...Seeing you guys all telling me about an amp; any particular amps that maybe I should consider? Mesa Boogie, Carvin, Laney, Vox, maybe a Marshall JCM...?
