areet, im just about 2 record sum rough drums at my house using two mics (yeah i know...shut up). im using one SE condenser mic as an overhead and using a shure PG series kick drum mic on the kicker. Ive only got 2 mic preamps on my interface. and it has a master phantom power switch on the back to send it off. My i know that it doesnt matter sending phantom power to high end dynamic mics but is the shure kick drum mic good enough? is there goin 2 b a problem when i send phantom power to both of them, or will it not make a difference to the dynamic kick drum mic at all?
