I have an epiphone les paul right now, and I play a lot of pinch harmonics. I'm getting a Peavey VK212 so it has a lot of distortion but I still don't think i'll have enough gain to get those screaming harmonics. What pickup would you recommend to get? possibly passive, thank you

Wait till you've got the amp and know how to use it...then you'll be able to decide if you need pickups or not, and if so what you're looking for.
