Ok so I im thinking about an Ibanez S470DXQM, and im wondering about a certain wiring setup.

Ok right now the wiring is like this: (HSH pickups)

Position 1 - Bridge humbucker
Position 2 - inside coil of bridge and middle pickup
Position 3 - Middle Singlecoil
Position 4 - inside coil of neck and middle pickup
Position 5 - Neck humbucker

this is what I want it to be

Position 1 - Bridge humbucker
Position 2 - inside coil of bridge and middle pickup
Position 3 - Both humbuckers - all coils
Position 4 - inside coil of neck and middle pickup
Position 5 - Neck humbucker

basically is this possible? Is it difficult/complex to do? Or will doing alot of rewiring be a problem because of the S series's thin bodies?

Thanks,

Hawk

Why do you want both humbuckers? Chances are you'll just end up with a muddy mess.
Actually called Mark!

I want both because I like that sound. I don't intend on running huge amount of gain through them both. I like that tone for more of a cleaner sound anyways. Good to know tho.
