I'd definitely demand a brand name at least because you can pick up a new Agile for that and I can say from experience that they're better than any of the post Samick Epiphones, with random lucky exceptions and the Elitist series going against that logic...

(the Epis that are now about 8-10 years old that kick the $h!t out of the new ones were actually made by Samick, who was contracted by Gibson... The deal nearly bankrupted Gibson because Samick refused to compromise their quality standards).

Anyway just remember you can pick up a Les Paul looking guitar at Rondo Music for $200 new.
