I have a vintage les paul custom. the high e strings intonation saddle' screw will not move! I have tried turning it with extreme pressure and i dunno how to unscrew it. has anyone had this problem.

I had a similar problem with one of my bridge height adjustment screws on an old fender copy. It looks like it has rusted up a bit over the years and is now seized I am going to put a frew drops of penetrating fluid on it and let it sit overnite. This is probably the case with yours so try that aswell and see if it helps. maybe put a cloth under the bridge to stop it getting on your finnish just in case.
YA GOTTA HIT IT ON THE ONE

Vintage as in old? How old? It may have seized up.

Shield some of the other parts of the guitar with paper towells etc to prevent damage to the finish, and give it a little bit of lubricant, perhaps.
