Hey guys, how much would a second hand Peavey 5150 mk2 be worth, roughly?

I'm looking at buying one and I'm going to make an offer, and don't want to put forward to little or too much.

It's in very good condition and 100% working order. It's in GBP but even a guess at how much it would be worth in US dollars would be excellent.

Thanks guys,
Mark.

You think $800 would be a fair price?

I was thinking about £700 and that works out about $1429.

I don't know what the 5150 Mk2 is. The combo one? A standard 5150 head is not and never was worth £700.

I think it's just the second version of the standard 5150 head.

It's the head though.

Any guess at how much it would be worth?

The Dual Channel one? It's just called a 5150 II. It's not worth much more than the single channel one. It's also the same thing as the 6505+, so check that one out as well.

I actually didn't see that, thanks dude.

That's two I've found on Ebay, both around £500, but likely to go up. Would it be worth it making the seller an offer to end the auction if they're willing to do it?

£500 is about right but you could probably pick up a New 6505 for about £650.

I'll maybe try and score it for about £600 then, if not, I'll have a look into the 6505s?
