For $100-200, what's a good effects board that has a good range of effects (reverb, flange, phase are all needed).

I also want something with presets for individual artists, such as a "Iron Maiden" or "Sabbath" settings.

I dont think anything has the presets, but a Boss ME-50 is one of the best. Most multis arent too great. a Vox Tonelab is really good, so if thats around the price, id buy it.

My friend just ordered one of the older Digitech GSP Legends of ebay and it comes with 50-60 generic presets and 60 or so "artist" settings.

He said this guy he knows has it and it has 8 different Iron Maiden tones.

Not trying to hijack your thread, but has anyone had experiences with a Pod XT Live? I saw some guy playing through one and it sounded awesome, mind you he was playing through a PA. Does it sound much worse through an actual amp?

How do the GNX series work? It has a USB input, does that mean you can plug it into your PC and download settings and whatnot?
