Like, old delta blues type stuff? Or like blues-rock-y stuff?

If the latter, than the Allman Brothers all the way.

Rollin' and Tumblin was Muddy Waters, I think? Or at least the best known version..

And how could you not include Statesboro Blues???

Well i really dont think this meets the requirements of blues, but Ben Harper has some awesome slide work. Ground on Down is probably my favorite.

Uh, to clarify on that, um, pretty much anything. I'm not going to be playing blues much, but I'm drawing influences from wherever I can, and since I've set out to learn slide I figure I should check out as much slide stuff as I'm able to.

So yeah, anything really. Thanks to all whose posted suggestions, though I gotta say I'm fundamentally against playing Freebird.

Ry Cooder, not 100% blues but incredible, unique slide paying.
I've been imitated so well I've heard people copy my mistakes.
