Great for him, but I've seen too many virtuosity to be amazed and all of that meant nothing anymore once I had seen Gary Moore's version of "Red House".

Thats not even cool... notice what he plays out of the taping seq. it sucks. I guess the 8 fingers is tight but only because its hard...
#5
The 8 fingers thing seems easy purely because he's only playing in octaves. I admit it would be hard to get your fingers in sync but once you get over that hurdle I doubt it would be hard at all.

I heard octaves. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure because I was looking at the finger positions.

EDIT: But my point is that its the same interval each time.

If you're playing the blues, and your body or face isn't making any uncontrollable movements, you must be doing something wrong.

It looks extremely difficult, but not really that interesting.

The point isn't originality. It's to show what he can do.

Of course it would get boring listening to that for 4 minutes. It's not a ****ing song.
#24
It's good for show off. And if you have those skills and can write good music, that is killer. xD

Wow, hes a virtuoso at 8 finger tapping.

Probably can't tell his arse from his elbow when it comes to melodies though, etc.
