I noticed a while ago that I avoid using my pinky while playing, and this has caused it to not function as I'd like it while playing.

I need some riffs that have you use your pinky, or just stretch over 4 frets. Master of Puppets and the intro to Raining Blood are two things I've been using for this, but I could use some fresh riffs for it. I've also started learning scales.

Thanks for any help in advance.

the jump in the fire riff

I know that one too, but it uses the pinky like once every eight notes...

message in a bottle is good for stretching your pinky away from other fingers, as for fast movement, you can just do some simple hammer on and pull off 1-2-3-4 and 4-3-2-1 excersides across each string

The Crazy Train intro riff. Requires the use of your pinkly on the 5th and 6th strings so it should give you a little bit of a workout.
Be cool.
