My Bonnie Lies over the Ocean.

EDIT: My bad, that's a 6, not a 7.

If you've ever heard of the broadway musical Damn Yankees (look it up) Six Months Out Of Every Year has a very prominent M7 "six months".

Levine's Jazz theory book lists one but I'm far too lazy to go check for you.

The hook in Led Zep's Immigrant Song begins with an ascending octave, but then descends immediately 1/2 step to the M7 - "ah ah aaahhhh ah; ah ah aaahhhh ah". The first and third "ah"s form a M7. This is the song the Armed Forces School of Music used to teach us newbie military musicians the M7.
All things are difficult before they are easy.
