I was just wondering; would it be more effective to practice certain techniques on different days (and spend longer on each technique) or to condense all techniques into a daily routine?
me personally i like to practice one thing to where i know i can just improvise with that certain technique. I find that practicing different techniques make it harder and takes longer aswell for me to master or at least get strikingly better... Thats only my opinion

If I have a lick or riff that I just can't get, I'll spend most of a day on that and then the next day before I start my all around practice routine, I'll do a quick run through the lick or riff.
