Ok I understand that ''~'' means bend, but what the hell do with the red bits ? they have ''/'' + ''\'' around them and are played fast. Do i slide my finger up and down the one fret or something ?

Normally / or \ means slide but everyone uses different in their tabs and some have a key to let u know whats what, and just so u know ~ means vibrato(wobble)

"~" means vibrato. I'm sure you've seen guitarists do it with pinch harmonics, etc.

Yeah, that's a slide, if it was "8/10", you would slide from 8 to 10, but there's no number before it, so you just slide up quick.
