I decided to make my own pedalboard over the weekend, It was a lot of fun and somewhat cheap. I spent a total of $66.86. I got the supplies from wal mart and home depot.

Wal Mart
can of adhesive spray $9.74
replacement car carpet $8.56
velcro $2.57

Home Depot
2 Aluminum trims $16.60
2 handles $13.94
box of 50 screws $2.67
sheet of birch playwood $12.78

The tools I used were a hacksaw, drill, screwdriver and a total of 1 - 2 hours or work.

The signal path goes:
Morley ABY>
A Channel (dirty) Whammy>Wah>Big Muff>Metal Muff>MXR EQ>NR100>FX100> Amp
B Channel (clean) RP80>Amp
