Hello, my guitar:

Epiphone Special II (Sunburst)
http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/shop_image/product/e0d2e5e260178e1506fffb07baaefaec.jpg

And my amp is the amp you got in the package when i bought this guitar:
http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/shop_image/product/7fa364cfe94644c1f0cf51ad38657988.jpg
(down to the right)

Anyway this amp is 19W and is very small compared to my friends bigger for ex. Fender and Penvy's which gives a more rock sound. (deeper). Anyway this amp is very small compered to the most amps. I will mostly play Green Day, Blink, Ramones mabye but much Punk and rock. So well that is what i will be using my amp for.

Anyway which amp would you recommend me to buy ?
I mostly play with my headphones on, they are very good and cost me about 80 dollar, but when i plugg them in and turn up the volume with much gain it just sparks.

Anyway which amp should a buy if i want to spend about 200$? (don't give link to american musikstores, cause i live in Sweden ^^)

Markus/Thanks

Well I'm not really looking for a loud cause i just play at home in my room but well, good to know. Anyway the one i have now costs a if you take the price of the guitar and add the rest from the kit the rest would cost about 400 kr wich is about 60 dollar. So switching to this amp would ofc make huge diffrence, and were can i find which effects the amp have ?

I'm pretty new to the "guitar world" buit is the one guitar that i have (Epiphone Special II) better or just like or a bit worse then this Epiphone standard guitar? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y1_wkuP5a9A
And I'm aware that he uses a VOX AD50VT amp, but they must be kind a similar.

But buying it from thomann.de would cost me 1860 kr and that's just 100 kr more which is like 12 dollar so i will buy it i my closest store

Well they use cranked tube amps, so you could buy a really low wattage valve amp and crank it but still might be to loud and more expensive?

the guitar is a little worse, but through the vox they should sound incredibly similar

Not with that low of a price range. Solid state is a much better choice if you want versatility and 0 maintenence.

I have a Roladn Cube, it's great for a bunch of different styles. It's got effects built in and the distortion settings are pretty good (they are the best part about the amp). It's lasted me a year and now i'm ready to get a tube, but i will still keep it for college and practicing.

idk what websites you us ein sweeden but look for the roland cube, i have the 30W its pretty loud but still small.

Skip the Line 6 and go with the Vox.
Yepp, the big Line 6 would really piss my mum off ^^

@ CroneR

The 30W costs 2.690 kr = 420$

A bit to much, but:

The 20W costs 1.890 kr = 300$

And the Vox costs 1.995 = 310$

I think my guitar teacher have a VOX, mabye i can test it
