Hey all,

I have a question, has anyone been able to find any intermediate-advanced alternate picking guides that actually help you develop a better alt. picking technique? I'm specifically talking about inside and outside picking and the ''harder'' patterns. I can do the 3 notes per string thing because that's really pretty easy, but when it comes to a downstroke on the string above the one which im playing, I slow down from 120 to like 60 BPM >_<

I really wanna get this technique better developed, but I feel that my holy bible (aka Speed mechanics by Troy Stetina) doesn't cover this enough. Does anyone know a really good (specifically on the right hand) alternate picking guide/book/lesson?

Cheers in advance.
