I need to learn some stuff about jazz guitar soloing...
I just play some blues scale improv but can anyone fill me in with some stuff I need to know for jazz guitar soloing?

Listen to lots and lots of jazz recordings, of any instrument.

Pick out certain phrases or licks you like.

Transcribe and look at relation with underlying chords.

Use.

That's all you need to do really.

For jazz recommendations, shimmy on over to the Blues and Jazz forum in Bands and Artists, and check out this thread: https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=606715

Also, don't confine yourself to guitar licks. Your guitar won't sound exactly like a trumpet or saxophone, but you can still pick up great ideas from them.
