Is there anyone out there who has potted their stock pickups? If so, did it improve them a lot, or was it negligible. Also, is there anyone out there who has done any shielding on their mexican Strat, and did it do a good job of cutting out the hum? The reason I'm asking is because I'm considering potting my stock pickups, or replacing them. I was just hoping to see if any of the cheaper options work first.
Thanks all

But really, asking the pit for relationship advice is like asking a girl with braces for a blowjob. Ouch.

You can also dip it in shellac lacquer if you don't have the means to melt a large amount of paraffin.
The Laney Thread are big and clever. No exceptions.
