what kinds of materials would it make sense to use to create a "trolley" for amps and speakers?

im talking relatively cheap here; almost definately gonna end up being primarily wood.

how big we talkin, and how much weight is it gonna have to carrry?

i imagine wood would do it, altho it might be more economical to use some flavour of metal, such as steel or aluminium stock.

What's the big deal with Gibsons, anyway?
I've heard loads of Gibsons being played before
and they don't sound any more special than
any other guitar.
