I was just wondering, as I don't see any info on it, if the new JVM stack and combos have any sort of power reduction so you don't have to blow up your living room to get a decent tone for practicing.

Would be a shame if it didn't. It has all the attributes I require, but if there's no means of cutting the 100W then there's no way I'm shelling out for it.
they have a knob called "Master Volume". it attenuates the sound before the poweramp. it helps a bit, but u'd need an attenuator if u want the powertube saturation out of it. otherwise, like many other tube marshalls, don't sound so full.
