It's not on the all the chords page. I can't quite find a playable solution that I can fret. Is this chord actually Gm7/add11? All responses welcome.

e-3- G= Root note
B-3- D= Fifth
G-3- A#=flat 3rd
D-3- F= flat 7th
A-3- C=Bass note

It wouldnt be Gm7/add11 because it has a C as the bass note instead of a G

If you have the C on the bottom, it would make more sense to call it C9sus4.

F sus4
Bb 7
D 9
G 5
