Kay im ususaly up to like 12 at night but recently its been like .... 3 - 5 in the morning.... like sometimes i fall asleep when my dad wakes up for work but im like ... tired all day and cant concentrate and stuff

is there anything i can do?

drink copious amounts of liquor, you'll fall asleep so fast you won't even know it till you wake up!
Out here you've gotta know where your towel is!

Try not to eat anything at least an hour before you go to bed, and if you don't already, try to incorporate some kind of physical activity into your lifestyle everyday. A good 30 mins of playin ball, liftin weights, running, walking, etc. Your body will thank you for it.
