Plain and simple: The necks on the post-2001 CE22's are Wide Fat and I would prefer a Wide Thin neck. My JPs necks are uberthin and playing the Wide Fat PRS after playing a JP just throws me off. In 2001 PRS starting making the CE24's with WT only, and the CE22's with WF only. Had I known this when I was shopping I would have looked for a CE24. Guitar is in MINT condition and it has a push/pull knob and 3-way switch that is pretty cool feature now that I am used to it.

For reference:
WT - think Strat neck (not so thin really)
WF - think Les Paul neck (fat is a very good word for it)
