One question: If you have arpeggio wheres legato only on the top Do you sue outside or inside picking when you start it again...

-----------5-10p5----
---------5----------5--------------
-------6--------------6-----------
-----7------------------7---------7 etc...
---7----------------------7-----7-
-5--------------------------*5-----

You play down and then up after the pull off... But what about the * note A? I play it with outside so I start it !all over! with down stroke... So I do the same with 3 string arps.

Is this the right way, the other way or the wrong way?

Firstly, I would suggest playing the ninth fret on the high e string, it'll sound better.

Secondly, if you feel comfortable playing it that way then thats fine, theres no wrong way to play guitar.

I myself would play it exactly like you. Always starting with a downstroke.
