Just type your question to google and you're bound to find some answers. There's a lot of questions like this one at the keyboards on fire forum. When you've downloaded a song, put it to FretsOnFire/Data/Songs.

there's a tutorial at the frets on fire site. But i remember that you have to have it in ogg format, and there's a built-in editor that you just type in what you want to hit when.

the built in editor is kinda meh O.o because you can't really edit it, but yeh just search frets on fire song downloads and you're bound to find a forum or somethign.
