I'm planning to have this set up in the next three months. Is it good? (I play Metal [sounds like Metallica's tone], Blues [SRV, Lynyrd Skynyrd] and some Steve Vai/Joe Satriani)

Here it is (the stuff with a * is stuff I already own.):

Peavey VK112*

[Input]-->MXR 10 band EQ--->Dunlop Crybaby Wahwah*--->Digitech Bad Monkey--->Jackson JS30 Dinky* (with Bareknuckle War Pigs [haven't got yet])

[FX Send]-->TC Electronic G Sharp Rack.

Any suggestions for replacement pedals and/or racks would be appreciated (if the ones I've thought of suck)

kthx

P.S Sorry if my diagram is confusing. And also I'd rather not replace any of the stuff i've already got.

I dunno, sounds pretty cool. I think the weakest links would be the Valve King and the Wah (unless if it's a good - I'm not sure, but at least the cheap Dunlops are rather bad (from what I've read)). Don't know anything about the rack, but TC Electronics is good (I've heard).

Can you suggest a better O.D?

Well, I guess Tubescreamer would be better. But I've heard the Bad Monkey is a decent copy, so I don't think it's that bad.
