Dose anyone know a good song that deals with relationships? It dose not have to be about love or a break up it just has to be about a relationship between two people like father and son, mother and daughter,....

Try Cat Stevens - Father & Son, brilliant song. But, there are countless songs that deal with relationships, probably 90% of rock orientated music? The theme spans every genre.

In some way I'd say every song is about relationships. Considering we are human and all our life is based upon is the relationships that we make/break. Everyone gets inspiration from some form of a relationship that has happened to them. So I guess just pick any song!

I play by my own rules. And I have one rule; There are no rules... but if there are, they're there to be broken. Even this one.

Confused? Good.

Yes, every song is in some way about our relationship between ourselves and our environment. But I think he's asking for specifically human relationships.

Time Turned Fragile by Motion City Soundtrack is a really good song about the relationship between a father and son and what the father is thinking and feels about his son

if that makes sense, just listen to it

I really like that motion city soundtrack song. oh by the way the reason that I need the song is for a human dynamics assignment.

what kinda thread is this?!
Surely you should be able to realise what a song means, and with the amount of bands you "like" you'd be able to do this yourself.
As it has been said, almost every song this century.

But to be useful and not seem like a complete gimp:

The White Stripes- St Andrew (this battle is in the air)
Kind Mama-Blind Willie McTell
I'm Getting Married in The Spring-Mr David Viner

Dark New Day- Brother
The Hollies - He Ain't Heavy He's My Brother

That depends on what you want....angry songs...sad, slow songs....apologetic....here's a few that I like:

You Make Me Sick - Egypt Central
Over and Under - Egypt Central
Thinking About Forever - P.O.D. (specifically son to mother)
Bring Me Down - Pillar
Spin - Revis
Hang On - Seether
Ghosts of Past Failures - Shadows Fall
Better Version - Shinedown
Ain't Comin' Home - Silvertide
Your Winter - Sister Hazel
Silhouettes - Smile Empty Soul
Nowhere Kids - Smile Empty Soul
For You - Staind
Bother - Stone Sour
Stand Up - Trapt
Dying in Your Arms - Trivium

Just a few. Any song can be related to this subject though, even if it's not particularly about a relationship. Just pick that you like and that suits your purpose.

Not The Strong by Novembers Doom:

2nd Verse:

If only my mother knew the real me
Her heart would break, for I am shame
Not the strong man she raised from birth
A coward, a child, and a scared soul
