Hey guys, one thing... is the minor pentatonic scale the same thing as the blues scale? If not, whats the difference.

no, they very similar tho, the blues scale adds the b5 to the minor pent. scale. so a e minor pent. scale is e, g, a, b, d. an e blues scale is e, g, a, bb, b, d.
