I like to play this game where I'll see how many times I can look at a particular chicks ass or tits until I get caught.

How long do you practice for?
How advanced are you?
What style of music do you play?
Do you only want super technique, or do you want more theory knowledge?
If so, what theory do you know?

I could go on, but you get the idea. You need to figure out what you need to work on, and work on them. Find your weaknesses and turn them into strenghts.

Yeah, it sounds like that practice schedule is doomed from the start to peter out.

Practicing the same stuff over and over is the nature of practice. You do that
until you get where you want to be with it (for the time being). Do you really have
all 10 hours of that workout down like that?

All I can suggest is don't neglect your rhythm. That seems to be a big blind spot
with a lot of people (including me). For your scale shapes or chromatic stuff, put
on the metronome and play them as eight, triplets, 16ths... start on an upbeat,
start on a downbeat, ...vary. It's probably best if you have a recorder you can
slow down to 1/2 speed. You want to make sure you hit the click EXACTLY.
