What's a Gminor7/F? I've never heard of that slash chord before. Actually more in general what are those chords when I see them, because the sheet music I have has a ton of stuff like BbMaj7/G and all that jazz.

Also what's a C+7 (#9, b11). I don't understand what the plus means! Any help? Thanks!

It's used to indicate bass notes. If it's C/G, play a C inversion with G as the lowest note (or the bass player plays this note if you got one).

The + in C+7 means the chord is augmented, in other words it has a raised fifth.

The slash chords just tell you to play that note as the lowest note, so for Gmin7/F you play a Gmin7, but add an F at the bottom, so it would be something like 11x031, but probably not that.
