Hi, this has probably already been posted, but the search isnt working for me right now for some reason.
My question is this... I know I can play guitar through a bass head, but my question is, is it possible to run that bass head through a guitar cab (avatar 212)? Or will it blow the speakers? Thanks for your help.

its possible. as long as the speakers can handle the watts the bass amp is dishing out, they will be fine.

I don't see why not, as long as your amp isn't producing bass frequencies. It shouldn't be producing bass frequencies because you're playing a guitar through it. However, your tone will probably be extremely lackluster. I played my Windsor through a bass cab and it sounded to muddy and inarticulate.

Honestly though, I don't know. As far as I can see it, the guitar's frequencies won't drop lower than what the cab is used to, so even though the bass amp can reach lower, it won't have to, so it won't produce those signals.
