Can you plug mics into guitar amps? Does it affect quality of mic at all?

It could effet your amp quality alot afterward, and it will get alot of feedback but it will work.

You'll need an XLR -> 1/4 Inch Jack converter.

In lame mans term.

A converter that plugs a Microphone into a guitar amp.

But it should work perfectly fine, albeit not amazing like a P.A System would do. But it amplifies it.
