so i new help to these two thing

1. a new dis/overdrive(ive been looking on the jekyll ánd hyde and the digitech distortion factory)

1. a octaver ( isnt the any octave you can control like on the boss me-50 with a more controlled instead of just a button so you can like pull in the tone like buckethead does in fx. jordan)

i dont really know what to recommed, but don't get the boss super octave, i have it and it has a horrible tone

First of all, what amp do you use? That will decide whether to recommend an OD or a Distortion pedal...
