i saw C9 on Google and found two kinds and only confirmed that 32333 is the correct one ? is it correct? It seems hard to play are there other ways to play it or some chords that sound almost the same as this and easier to play?

and i don't know how to play slash chord how do you play D/F#?

D/F#: play a D, use your thumb to play the low F#

To play that C9 shape I barre the e , B and G string with my ringfinger and use the middle-finger for the A-string and index for the D-string. That way you can easily move it up and down the neck for other 9-chords.
