I recently went to my usual guitar shop, and after tinkering a bit, I stopped dead in my tracks...In front of me hung an amazing guitar. Les Paul copy, called an Austin Vintage Rock, I think it was. It was a pretty realiable and comfortable guitar. I played it thru the amp I am getting (I know I am, I have $200 down on it), and the tone was amazing. It feels the way a guitar should feel!
-The Good-

-Perfect tone along with my amp.
-Great feel, just the right weight, perfect.
-Stays in Drop D very well.
-Tune-O-Matic Bridge, I think.
-Black Gloss finish.
-Only about $300.

-The Bad-

-Not very easy to bend notes, but I think I can get used to it.
-No Trem. System.
-Only about 30 minutes to play...I didn't have enough time to capture all the goods and bads.
-Only about $300...
Any UG'ers have this guitar? I would like some more info on it before I commit to it..
Thanks.

It being only $300 is bad because it's not a big leap from my guitar I have now. I'm looking for something up in the $500-$600 range, but I don't have that kind of money..So settling for something cheaper is what I have to do, so I wanted UG's opinion.
