well Christmas is coming soon and im stuck. currently im in a hardcore/ heavy metal/progressive band and im looking into some new gear. currently i use this guitar
http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Ibanez-?sku=519786
with a marshall mg 50 and a metal muff pedal. when we practice the drummer always tells me to turn it up caus he barely hear me playing. so im thinking of a new amp rather then a new guitar and maybe a pickup up grade. i have this little tube amp that idk y but just sounds amazing wit the pedal.so i need a wise decision on what to get either a new amp
new guitar
new amp + pick up grade
personally i play alot of maiden to things like a7x shadows fall, dragon force, dimmu borgir etc.
i need suggestions this is what im thinking for a new guitar

Links don't work and the flexwave really won't be an upgrade over the MG... What's your price range. Amp > Guitar.

I've had tube amps for a while now, but never actually had any go down on me

maybe you're not saying the right things? an amp likes to know you care.

you dont need more than 50. Go turn a 5 watt tube amp up full and come back saying you need more than 50
