That's not a riff or a phrase or a whatever in any Radiohead song, I'm pretty sure.
If you're just referring to the chord progression... well there are thousands of songs which share the same chord progression.

ok so i finally got it... it starts at 3:50 in I Might Be Wrong... I know I wasn't playing the exact thing but it was close enough to it...
