Paradise City- GN'R? How cliché is that. Just get a bunch of albums you like from bands and play them, depends on your music taste.

make sure you have

Jonathan Edwards - Sunshine

and no I didn't get this from that jeep commercial. I have always loved this song.

I've actually made a mental note of all good driving music so, once I finally take my first road trip, I can have a good soundtrack to my life.

For example, some of the artists/songs I've taken note on are:
-Soundgarden (pretty much all of it)
-Pearl Jam (especially "Ten")
-Smashing Pumpkins ("Melon Collie" and earlier)
-Red Hot Chili Peppers ("By The Way" and "Californication" albums)
-Pink Floyd (biggest song for me is probably "Learning to Fly")
-Led Zeppelin ("Kashmir", "When The Levee Breaks", "What Is And What Should Never Be", etc...)

Plus many, many more.

Saliva, too. Saliva is pretty good for driving. And Tool.

Panama is by far the greatest driving song. Especially if you have a sweet car with a big ass engine.
